IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Step 1: Please call Andy on 07811 891762 first to check date availability and get your payment details.
Step 2: Pay your strictly non-refundable deposit (50% for dates 30+ days away; 100% upfront if your event is within 30 days).
Step 3: Once paid, fill out and submit this booking form.
Note: Dates are not reserved until we have spoken and your payment is received. Forms submitted without prior payment will not be processed and rejected

By submitting this form, I agree to the following Booking & Cancellation Terms:
Deposits: All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable.
Balance Due: For bookings 30+ days away, the remaining 50% balance is due at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations & Notice Periods:
More than 30 days' notice: You forfeit your strictly non-refundable 50% deposit (no additional charge).
15 to 30 days' notice: 50% of the total booking fee is retained by us.
8 to 14 days' notice: 75% of the total booking fee is retained by us.
7 days or less / On the day: 100% of the total booking fee is retained by us (no refunds).
Venue Changes: Subject to availability; standard cancellation terms apply if we cannot accommodate changes.
By ticking the box before submitting, the customer is making a legally binding agreement that they understand the deposit cannot be returned under any circumstances.
